Description
Taken on July 4, 2014 / Always wanted to capture this scene with a big sky, dramatic clouds and a long exposure. Clouds were remnants of Hurricane Arthur which had passed the previous day. This location is nearby one of the best vistas overlooking Washington, DC for fireworks.
