About Robert Fawcett
Robert W. Fawcett (Bob) - Professional with 31 years of Government service, 26 of those years as a Forensic / Scientific / Technical Photographer. Growing up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania the interest in photography began early with Dad taking the family on those weekend drives through the country, taking in the scenery down those back roads never explored. Little did I know back then it would become a career that would take me on a journey to places around the globe. That journey began in Washington, D.C. in October of 1985. That single light bulb dominating the top right just beckons the viewer to turn it on and shed more light on this abandoned Mill. The scene invites us to look around to see the details of the things that got left behind, forgotten and unused till we turn the light on and walk around to discover what is there.

thanks so much Chrystyne !! :) there still is power to parts of this building left on for security purposes. I certainly did try since there was a switch nearby. It appeared the element in this bulb was broken.
